At EIGER Protection, we stand by the quality of our screen protectors and hardware accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original retail packaging, ensuring all application kits and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our technical team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
